How do you determine the condition?

With the largest baby & kid gear database in the industry, we have created an extensive, proprietary quality check process that each item must pass to be listed for resale.

Condition descriptions:

Unopened & Overstock – Item is in original packaging and/or has the tags still attached. Box may have damage, but the product has no signs of use and is in new condition.

Open Box -- Box has been opened and item may or may not have been removed. These products are typically floor models or returns that have been inspected for safety, functionality and cleanliness. Flaws, if any, will be minor. The original box may not be included.

Barely Used – Item will show minimal signs of use and may not have the original packaging or tags. 

Gently Used – Item may show some signs of use, like minor scratches or stains, but will still be in perfect working order (e.g. battery operated functions all work properly), unless otherwise noted in the comments and/or pictures.

Loved – Item shows signs of wear in the form of tears, fabric stains or fading, and may be missing pieces.  Some features or functions may not be working properly, but if the item is not working properly it will be noted.

    Everything arrived new in the box. Perfect condition. The handle bar is not adjustable which I knew before purchase, and I don’t mind. The extras that come with it are amazing- especially the weather proof floor mat. I recommend the four seater to give your kiddos more room. Best purchase I have made in a while.

    this product is awesome, but heavy.

    I love the space it offers. I have two children that are tall and this is a great alternative to a stroller. its a smooth ride and very spacious. I will say thought it's heavy. going from a stroller to a wagon. There are also lots of parts that need to be removed before collapsing. It takes the majority of my trunk space (my double stroller did that too so I don't mind so much). My kids love it, and I love the space.

    Phenomenal Product (WOW!)

    Box was taped wand delivered on time with care.

    Assembled the quad stroller within 30 minutes. Highest quality and smooth to steer. Fits through a normal size door frame. Easy open and close. Fits my 6 year old, 4 year old and 1.5 year old perfectly! The kids absolutely LOVE this stroller and insisted on a walk as soon as it was assembled. I love everything about this stroller and am extremely thankful I purchased despite initial hesitation. The price was great value and product in perfect condition despite open box.

    Good buy and came BRAND NEW

    There are a couple things that I dislike. The handle bar does not fold or adjust so you have to physically remove the handle bar when needed, the back wheels stick out making it a little difficult for narrower spaces, the seats side by side for both kids but they are snug up against each other with not much wiggle room and the wheels seem to be harder to navigate over the messed up sidewalks in my town ..which i was surprised by that because they are big nice wheels. They do make all terrain wheels you can buy separately, but they cost $200. Was grateful for the floor mat and cup holder accessories because usually you have to buy those separately with wonderfold. I also got the car seat adapter so i can fit the new baby in it. I have not tried that out yet so im hoping it works out well that is why I bought this...for all three kids to fit. I travel to grocery store and parks and to see family so this would be great to fit all three kids if it works out well. I have not tried fitting it on public transportation yet and haven't tried to fit it in the trunk of my BMW X3 (which is off the road so that is why I have not attempted yet). Hoping it fits because folded up it is tall and a little wide, but it is mostly the height I worry about in factoring in if it will fit or not. Otherwise it is VERY STURDY AND VERY NICE stroller. The minor flaws are less of a problem to me than the flaws in other strollers. I've bought a few stroller wagons thus far and had to return them because…
